An electronic temperature controlled soldering station, designed to meet the needs of electronic production environments and DIY work bench spaces. It features a slender ''pencil design'' iron handle with comfortable rubberised grip, connected with a burn-resistant lead. Temperature is easily selected between 80°C to 480°C using the front panel dial. A handy temperature lock prevents accidental temperature adjustment. The sleeper iron stand detects inactivity and reduces tip temperatures after 10 minutes. After 20 minutes of inactivity, the iron switches off automatically. This helps save power and extend the durability of your iron tip. When set, the iron will maintain tip temperature to +2°C. ESD Safe Design.
