We use Border Express within Australia to deliver road deliveries. An expected delivery time and tracking information is available at their website using the links below.
Track My Parcel
Basic Track & Trace information is available on the Border Express home page as well. It can be accessed by anyone, via either consignment note or reference numbers.
Road Express (Australia Only)
Allow 7 to 10 days for receipt of your order. This service is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or building sites.
Australia Post 13 76 78 (Aus. Only)
Approximately 3 to 8 days delivery time. Please refer to your Australia Post website for delivery times for goods sent via standard Australia Post service. Items over 500grams will be shipped via courier services instead of Australia Post, as this is more economical.

Star Track Express Air 13 23 45 (Aus. Only)
If you elected to use our Air Express Service, your goods will be shipped via StarTrack's air service and generally be delivered between 1 and 3 days. This service is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes and building sites. This service is subject to cubic size limitations.

Next Business Day
We typically offer Next Business Day service for the metro area in most capital cities. As this is subject to the local area, we can only quote this service accurately on a per order basis. Please ask for a quote within the Comment section of the ordering process and we will advise prior to processing.

Same Day Premium Service
We offer Same Day Premium service for the metro area in most capital cities. As this is subject to the local area, we can only quote this service accurately on a per order basis. Please ask for a quote within the Comment section of the ordering process and we will advise prior to processing.

In Store Pick Up (Click & Collect)
Collection of your goods directly from our store is possible typcially within 2 hours after the order has been processed by our sales team. Please understand our stock levels are an approximate indication only. We strongly recommend to call ahead to avoid disappointment.
International Delivery
We ship around the globe to most countries. To get an indicative price for freight to your country, simply add an item to the basket, visit the basket screen and select "International" in the delivery method section. Choose your country from the dropdown and the choice of courier service. The basket will then update, showing the indicative price for international freight. All freight prices are shown in Australian Dollars and are approximate values based on dead weight which may change upon packing the consignment.
Please note: Altronics uses a third party to deliver goods, as such Altronics is unable to guarantee delivery times via any delivery method. Please contact the designated company for delivery times.
Dangerous Goods
Some items within our product range may require transport by road service only. Such items are marked with an icon on the product. Please note this when placing the items into an order. Where these items are included in an order, the order must only travel by road service due to the nature of the contents.
For example, pressure pack items are unable to be sent via an air freight courier company as these items are considered dangerous and must be transported in a special manner. Batteries are another such item that can cause explosions if not handled correctly.
Where possible, we hold such items in stock within major warehouses to avoid delays.
