This stereo version of Silicon Chip’s new equaliser is perfect for new and existing home Hi-Fi systems. It features extremely low noise and distortion, so it won’t degrade your signal. Multiple methods of powering the unit make fitting it into an existing system a breeze. This equaliser kit also features premium metal knobs.

Important Note For Kit Buyers:
This product is supplied in component form and requires soldering, drilling, and assembly. We recommend users are familiar with at least basic electronic principles and have the ability to solder.

  • Boost/cut: approximately ±12.5dB (bands overlap; see Fig.1) Signal-to-noise ratio: 108dB (2V RMS), 102dB (1V RMS)
  • Total harmonic distortion: <0.0005%, 20Hz-20kHz, 20Hz- 22kHz bandwidth (see Fig.2)
  • Input impedance: 100kΩ
  • 100pF Output impedance: 470Ω
  • The power supply as supplied supports 18-24V for the DC option, not 12-24V
  • Channel separation: >50dB, 20Hz-20kHz (>=80dB 20Hz-1kHz)
  • Other features: compact design, uses rotary pots for easy panel mounting
