This compact amplifier module kit packs a surprising punch for its size! Whilst keeping many of the low distortion characteristics of Silicon Chips popular Ultra-LD amplifiers, it can achieve 60W into 8 ohms or 100W into 4 ohms with a distortion level below 0.0008% at 1kHz. And less than 0.008% all the way up to 20kHz. That''s way better than "CD quality" sound. Utilises a pair of NJW1193/4 output transistors for fantastic audio performance from a module measuring just 64mm wide - meaning you can pack in more sound into less space in your design. Supplied with all components, heatsink not included (we recommend one H 0580 heatsink per module) or if using as a multi-module amplifier choose a single large heatsink for your case. For power supply capacitors we recommend 2 x R5601.
