Overview

The Redback® 700 channel UHF 520-550MHz radio microphone system is a professional system incorporating true diversity reception. This ensures a consistent and clear microphone signal with minimal dropout and noise interference. 700 channels allow interference free operation with up to 12 systems in the one location. Noise reduction system automatically compensates for high level sound inputs thus avoiding distortion. Channel and volume settings are adjusted via front panel. The LCD screen displays selected channel, frequency and RF/AF signal strength. Transmitters can be recharged via a front panel port (when fitted with rechargeable batteries). A range in excess of 100m is possible in ideal conditions. Output is via 3 pin XLR balanced or 6.35mm unbalanced. The system operates from 12V DC (power supply included). Also included in box is a 0.5m Male to Female XLR 3 pin lead.

About channel selection modes
There are three modes for channel selection on this unit, allowing users to manually choose a frequency, auto select an interference free frequency or choose from one of four preset frequency groups. If you wish to select a frequency manually, ensure the unit is in manual selection mode as per the instructions.

Auto Scan – Searches for interference-free channels.
Group Preset – Selects a channel within one of four preset groups.
